We go into depth on the things that prevent people from letting go their social anxiety. We go into why some people stay stuck, and what can be done to get unstuck.

She says: It takes courage to do the work but you will find it worthwhile. And what is great about EFT is the fact that you don’t necessarily have to tell your story and get into detail. There are so many subtle ways to get to the situation, so if there’s a concern to talk about things or reveal things that are uncomfortable, know there are gentle and subtle ways to get to these things and clear them.

The process does not have to be horrifying or incredibly painful.

We discuss the process of working with a practitioner, and dispel some of the myths and share what to expect.

Sophia is one of the only 29 EFT founding Masters and has been devoted to a full-time EFT practice and has been teaching EFT since 2000. She was one of the 5 EFT experts who helped war veterans and family members dealing with PTSD from which the documentary “Operation: Emotional Freedom” was created.

Sophia credits much of the success her clients and students enjoy to her innate intuitive ability and the experience she gained through more than 12,000 one-on-one sessions.

She is known for finding core issues and working with tough challenges.
