Once you have read this, ask yourself “what was the most painful memory from my childhood?”
Once you have uncovered the memory, go to “Step 4 Initial S.E.E.” and scroll down to “Clearing A Significant Emotional Event (S.E.E.) ”. Once you are there, follow the instructions and release all the negative emotions from your S.E.E.
Once you have cleared your S.E.E., return to the “childhood baggage” bundle and neutralise any remaining emotional intensity.
