Hi Sebastian
I have been tapping like mad (lol) – beginning to feel different now. Hope you don’t mind me saying that I do think with some of your later tap along videos I find the silences not quite long enough and I have to rush through the words before you start speaking again. Never the less this is a great course, it really does cover everything and is giving me a complete work out on SAD.
