On a happy note, I went to a BBQ for my graduate program today and felt very calm throughout it, so that’s a big change. I’ve had those calm feelings before at social events but not so much lately, so I think that is a good sign, and hopefully it lasts. I had class on Tuesday and I was still pretty nervous and anxious during those, though, so obviously there is still work to be done, but I think I’m headed in the right direction.
