WOW!!! I feel a loooooooot better, I feel calm, just completely calm after doing the subconscious resistance. My heart isn’t beating fast, my face inst hot and red, like my ears, this is AWESOME! I feel so incredibly calm, it’s insane, I never thought that I would feel like this. I did what you told me except I completed almost the whole page. I Have quite some time, so I’m going to be honest with you, I spent three hours on this, but I don’t regret it, and I don’t feel tired, I feel calm after doing the whole page. Very calm, In fact, I wan’t to go outside my neighborhood right now, and greet everyone I see, which is odd as hell. I feel blissful, and content. I know you always said not to spend a long time on it, but I think spending a lot of time on it works for me, just because I’m so anxious. But to answer your question of steps, I’m following the workbook. I have completed SAD structure and social confidence road map, wrote down all the answers and questions, read the rules, read articles
about TRUE social confidence, tapped along to “afraid of doing eft correctly.” , Release general resistance of change, in this section I tapped a long to “overcoming common negative beliefs about possibility to change.” Downloaded a pdf to “changing beliefs of overcoming social anxiety.” , and that’s about it, I stopped once you told me to do subconscious resistance, which I’m very happy about because My anxious heart seems to have disappeared! That’s where most of my anxiety is, my heart. But yes, I feel calm after doing this 🙂
