Thanks, Sebastiaan. Yes, I’ve been using the bundling baggate technique lately (I used it 4 times already, for dealing with: a specific highschool classmate’s bullying, past bullying in general, women’s rejection, and childhood baggage) and I feel much better and peaceful about all those things, and therefore my feeling of overwhelm has diminished a lot. And I’m starting to feel some generalization effect already (prior to the bundling baggage, I’d done the clearing a S.E.E technique for 4 other different SEEs).
So, in summary, I think this is going very well.
