Before I started doing SCS, my anxiety was really bad and I used to have panic attacks and also attacks of despair, anger and bunch of other emotions really often. If I should rate general intensity of my anxiety back then, it would be anywhere between 1-10 although most of the time it would be in the upper half. Now, having finished step 3 and just about starting step 4, I noticed some changes. I rarely get panic and other attacks, and general intensity of my anxiety has lowered and got more steady, so now for past week or so I would rate my anxiety somewhere between 2-4 pretty much everyday without or with just a little swaying. So I have been wondering if that’s usual and if you’ve come across this before.
