I’ve been really good! I can’t think of any times experiencing a lot of anxiety – things have improved big time 🙂

Before the coaching I had very low self-esteem and I had social anxiety disorder. I didn’t like to speak up in front of people and I would get embarrassed and blush very easily in social situations. I used to always get paranoid that people were talking about me and looking at me.

Now I just feel POSITIVE. Maybe not all of the time (thatwould be weird!) but there are times when I feel so energised and excited about life! I feel like I have insight into myself and the ways in which I think. I now feel more aware of things I need to improve about myself and I feel positive about these things.

I have also found myself caring less about what people think about me.

EFT is really weird looking and I felt a little silly doing it at first but soon got over that. I feel better about myself and I feel more confident.

Sebastiaan is a really nice person. He is very helpful and friendly and never makes you feel uncomfortable or anything.I also think he is a really cool person because he travels around the world a lot, which is something I think would be fun to do so he shows people what it would be like to be completely socially confident and so this encourages youto carry on with EFT.
