As a Social Confidence Coach, I offer tools, resources, and strategies designed to promote greater social ease. Progress varies from person to person. Many people experience meaningful shifts over time, but results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and consistency.
Testimonials featured on our website are real yet unique to each individual. They do not guarantee identical outcomes. By using our website and participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your choices and actions.

Commitment to Privacy
We respect the sensitive nature of social anxiety. Any personal information shared through registration, participation, or communication with us is handled with care.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver and improve our programs. We do not share personal information for unrelated purposes without consent.
Confidentiality in Programs and Sessions
What you share in individual coaching, group sessions, live webinars, or community spaces is treated as confidential.
We ask all participants to respect each other’s privacy and not share personal stories, identifying details, or private discussions outside of the program environment.
Data and Third-Party Tools
We use trusted third-party platforms to host programs and process payments. While we select reliable providers, you are encouraged to review their privacy policies as well.
We implement appropriate security practices to safeguard your information.
Use of Participant Feedback
We may occasionally share anonymized insights, comments, or feedback to support or inspire others. No identifying information will ever be shared without explicit permission.
Our programs are specifically designed for individuals whose primary challenge is social anxiety.
If you are experiencing severe depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts, or other complex mental health conditions, additional licensed clinical support may be necessary. Our programs do not replace individualized therapy or psychiatric care.
If you are unsure whether this program is appropriate for you, please consult a licensed professional before participating.
Techniques such as tapping can be helpful for many people, but responses vary. You are responsible for applying the material in a way that feels safe and appropriate for you.
Participation in our programs is voluntary.
Enrollment and Availability
Enrollment in the Social Confidence Club is available only during designated open enrollment periods.
Enrollment is confirmed upon completed payment. We do not offer spot reservations, holds, or custom enrollment arrangements outside official enrollment windows.
Availability may be limited at our discretion.
Membership Access & Auto-Renewal
Access to the Social Confidence Club is tied to your active membership.
If you choose the monthly option, your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
If you choose the full-year option, this is a one-time payment providing 12 months of access. There is no automatic renewal. Before your access ends, we’ll send a reminder with renewal options.
Access to Content During and After Membership
Access to Club content (including lessons, resources, live webinar access, replays, and community features) is available only while your subscription is active.
An active membership provides access to the program environment. It does not constitute a purchase of, or ownership rights in, any course materials or session recordings.
When your subscription ends or is canceled, access to all Club content is removed immediately. This includes:
Access cannot be retained after cancellation based on previous participation, volunteer involvement, or the cohort in which you originally enrolled.
To protect the integrity of the program, videos are hosted securely and are not downloadable. Some lesson materials may be downloadable for personal use during active membership.
All content remains the property of Social Anxiety Solutions and may not be copied, redistributed, or shared.
Membership Structure
The Social Confidence Club is offered as a complete membership experience.
Partial access (such as access to live sessions only, replays only, or selected content only) is not available.
We do not offer reduced pricing in exchange for limiting access, trading services, or creating custom arrangements.
Membership is available only in the formats and pricing options publicly presented at the time of enrollment.
This structure exists to maintain fairness, simplicity, and consistency for all members.
Billing Plan Changes
Members may contact support and request to switch between available billing plans. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
All billing changes reflect current pricing at the time of the change.
Legacy pricing is not guaranteed upon cancellation and re-enrollment.
Re-Enrollment Policy
Former members who have completed a cumulative 12 months of active membership may request re-enrollment at any time during the year by contacting our support team. Re-entry is subject to administrative approval and current pricing.
Former members with less than 12 months of cumulative membership may rejoin only during official open enrollment periods.
This structure exists to ensure members have sufficient foundation to benefit from the program and community environment.
These guidelines apply to all interactive spaces within our programs, including comments, emails, forums, WhatsApp groups, live sessions, and any future community features.
They exist to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.
Be Kind and Respectful
Treat others with respect. Assume good intent.
This is a space for encouragement, support, and mutual respect.
No Discussion of Suicidal Thoughts
Our programs are designed specifically to help reduce and release social anxiety, and to work towards effortless social ease.
They are not designed to address severe depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, personality disorders, suicidal thoughts, or other complex mental health conditions.
I am a personal coach and I specialize in social anxiety. While I love to help where I can, I am not a therapist, and I am not trained to provide clinical mental health support.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, that means there is more going on than social anxiety alone, and this requires support beyond the scope of our programs. In that situation, you need immediate support from a licensed mental health professional or local emergency services.
Posting about suicidal thoughts or mental health crisis situations inside our program spaces is not the right place to get help, and such posts will be removed.
There is always help available. But it’s important to receive the right kind of support in the right setting.
Psychedelics
Talking about psychedelics is allowed. As you may know, I am not against it.
However, I do not provide guidance, advice, or support related to psychedelic use.
If you choose to take psychedelics, you are in an altered state, and our programs are not equipped to support you during that process. Please do not use our program spaces to seek support while under the influence or to process psychedelic experiences.
Posts requesting psychedelic guidance or support may be removed.
I am not trained in psychedelic facilitation, and our programs are focused specifically on social anxiety work. If you choose to explore psychedelics, especially in combination with tapping, please do so under the supervision of a qualified professional who is properly trained in that area.
No Offering Coaching, Therapy, or Services
Our program spaces are designed for support, shared experience, and learning.
They are not intended to be used for offering coaching, therapy, consulting, or other services (whether paid or free). This includes public posts as well as private messages initiated through the community.
Posts or solicitations of this nature will be removed.
If another member privately offers you services, please use your own discretion. Any services offered independently by members are separate from Social Anxiety Solutions, and we cannot take responsibility for them.
If you are interested in professional collaboration, please contact us privately and we can explore that separately.
Reporting Concerns
If you notice behavior that does not align with these guidelines, you are welcome to let us know by emailing socialanxietysolutionsva@gmail.com.
Speaking up in this context is not about judging or getting someone in trouble. It’s about helping us maintain a space that feels safe and supportive for everyone.
Your voice helps protect the integrity of the community.
Concerns and Feedback
This community is meant to be a space of encouragement, support, and mutual respect.
Public posts that criticize, attack, or create negativity about Social Anxiety Solutions or its members are not permitted within community spaces.
If you have concerns, disagreements, or constructive feedback, please contact us directly by email. We genuinely want to hear from you and are open to thoughtful feedback, just in the right setting.
Keeping criticism private helps maintain a supportive environment for everyone inside the program.
Enforcement
Any violations are handled case by case.
Depending on the situation, we may issue a warning, restrict access to community spaces, or remove someone from the program.
Refund terms vary by program and are outlined on our Refund Policy page.
By purchasing any program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable refund terms.
Refunds are handled according to the specific guarantee structure of each program.
By using this website and participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Continued use indicates acceptance of these terms and future updates.
