Commitment to Privacy
We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our users, especially given the personal and sensitive nature of social anxiety. Any personal information shared through program registration, participation, or other interactions with us is handled with care and confidentiality. We collect only the information needed to enhance your experience and do not use or share it for unrelated purposes without your consent.
Confidentiality in Programs and Sessions
All information shared during individual coaching, group sessions, or within our platforms is strictly confidential. The experiences, questions, or stories you choose to share within our programs are protected and will not be disclosed outside the context of these programs unless required by law. Participants in our group settings are expected to respect each other’s privacy and agree not to share personal information, experiences, or details of others outside of the program environment.
Data Collection and Security
To continually improve our services, we may gather general information on website usage, email interactions, and program engagement. This data is handled responsibly and securely, and any identifying details are kept confidential. We implement robust security practices to protect this information, recognizing the importance of safeguarding your privacy.
Use of Third-Party Tools
We utilize trusted third-party services, such as online hosting and payment processors, to deliver our programs. While we make every effort to select reliable providers, we encourage you to review their privacy policies as well. We do not share your information with third parties for unrelated purposes.
Use of Participant Comments
By participating in our programs, you understand that anonymized feedback or insights shared inside our community may occasionally be used to support or inspire others. Your identity is always protected, and no personal or identifying details are ever shared.
Compounding Issue and Limitations
The programs offered by Social Anxiety Solutions are designed for individuals whose primary challenge is social anxiety. They are not a substitute for comprehensive mental health treatment.
If you are experiencing severe or complex mental health issues — such as major depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, suicidal thoughts, personality disorders, or a history of severe trauma or abuse — it is strongly recommended that you seek the guidance of a licensed mental health professional. Such conditions may require individualized therapy or clinical support that extends beyond the scope of what our programs provide.
Participation in our programs is at your own discretion and responsibility.
Please consult your mental health provider before engaging in any of the techniques discussed in our programs. Some techniques, such as tapping, are considered experimental and may not yield the same results for everyone. While we have found them helpful for many participants, they are not guaranteed to work universally. By participating in our programs, you accept responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical health and acknowledge that the application of any technique is at your own discretion.
