Social Confidence Fears and Beliefs

Now is the time to check in with where you are with regards to resistance. Possibly you were not able to move beyond all resistance in the first try at step 5. Possibly some resistance has creeped back up, or maybe some new resistance has come up for you.

Go back to step #5 Subconscious Resistance and have your notes from then in front of you and go over it all again to make sre you have eliminated and dealt with all possible conscious and subconscious resistance.

Do not skip this because you think you’ve already done this and you want to quickly move forward. This is crucially important because as long as there is resistance you will either not change, not change completely, or fall back again…
