Who is Seb?
I struggled with social anxiety for years. I tried everything I could find: NLP, hypnosis, affirmations, self-help approaches of every kind. Including forcing myself to face my fears, which was both terrifying and awkward.
And still, nothing brought lasting relief.
Things began to change when I discovered EFT tapping and started combining it with psychology. It required lots of help from brilliant tapping therapists, but over time I gradually overcame my social anxiety.
For the past 16 years, I’ve helped socially anxious clients build real social ease in a gentler, more manageable way.
