Sebastiaan has overcome his severe social anxiety disorder and has been anxiety-free for many years. He has been studying solutions to social anxiety since 2002 and has solely been coaching social phobics since October 2009. He is the creator of the EFT-based Social Confidence System.
He has worked with and studied under several of the EFT Masters and tapping experts (Lindsay Kenny, Sophia Cayer, Karl Dawson, Gene Monterastelli, Carol Look, Steve Wells, Dr David Lake and more), has been receiving guidance from his own high level coach (NLP Master, Hypnosis Master, Wellness coach, Julia Reed) since late 2009. His coaching is also being supervised by co-developer of PET (Provocative Energy Therapy), tapping expert, supervisor of therapists, trainer of trainers, and psychotherapist Dr. David Lake.

“In that conscious mind of yours there’s a big “yes” to social confidence but if in the subconscious there is a “no”, or several no’s, then you’re not gonna go there because 95% of the time, your subconscious is in charge. So you might go there a bit but then the subconscious goes back. You might go there a bit but this subconscious just pulls you back. So, you want to uncover those “no’s” and turn those “no’s” into “Yes’s.”
