There are so many subtle ways to get to the situation, so if there’s a concern to talk about things or reveal things that are uncomfortable, know there are gentle and subtle ways to get to these things and clear them.

The process does not have to be horrifying or incredibly painful.

Sophia is one of the only 29 EFT founding Masters and has been devoted to a full-time EFT practice and has been teaching EFT since 2000. She was one of the 5 EFT experts who helped war veterans and family members dealing with PTSD from which the documentary “Operation: Emotional Freedom” was created.

Sophia credits much of the success her clients and students enjoy to her innate intuitive ability and the experience she gained through more than 12,000 one-on-one sessions.
