“I’m now so relaxed and so calm. I used to be very nervous and very anxious. Now I can socialise very normally. I don’t overthink things when I’m in a social situation which was the case before. And most of all I can speak my mind now. When we were in discussions before I wouldn’t speak my mind before, and if I did I just agreed with the opinion/perspective of the majority of the people because I didn’t want to be criticised, I didn’t want to be judged. But now I speak my mind even if it’s against them. And what’s happening now is I don’t feel like I’m afraid when I speak my mind, my heart is not beating fast when I say something that is different from the opinion of the majority. They still judge me but I don’t feel terrified. And it’s nice to speak my mind without fear. Fear used to have a big place in my heart and my feelings and my everything, but it started to go away and I started to feel better in situations. I now feel like I’m able to face any situation with no shame, no fear, no embarrassment, no “what if this happens, what if that happens”, everything goes smoothly. The situations and the people are still the same but the way I’m acting toward it, and the emotions I get when I interact with people is very different. It’s very calm and relaxed.”
