“What’s true for you will always make you feel lighter. What’s a lie for you will always make you feel heavier. If you start to look at your choices from a place of “does this make me feel lighter or heavier?” when I think about doing this, you start to dislodge yourself from judgment as the primary way you function and the primary tool you use for choice. Now it will be more about the energy of outness or the energy of heaviness, rather than about “is this good or bad?” or “is this right or wrong?”
