We discuss self-acceptance to great depth. Steve shares his 30 day self acceptance journey, and let’s you know how overcoming your social anxiety has to start with acceptance because non-self acceptance is a guaranteed way to keep your negative cycle of social anxiety happening.

Steve Wells is a psychologist. He has trained to the highest level in provocative therapy, has extensive training and experience in brief strategic therapy, and has been training counsellors and therapists for over 20 years.
Together with Dr David Lake he also conducts personal development seminars and professional training workshops in Advanced EFT and Provocative Energy Techniques.
He and Dr Lake developed Simple Energy Techniques (SET) and the unique advanced Energy-based approach Provocative Energy Techniques (PET).
“A lot of people are doing exposure therapy, feel the fear and do it anyway, and that’s good, but you know what, for some people that’s really harrowing, it’s really tough, and what techniques like tapping do is at the very least they take the edge off at the beginning so that it becomes a little bit easier.
