Judy’s bio:
Judy is one of the only 29 EFT Founding Masters in the world. She is a therapist, trainer, author, supervisor of therapists, and international presenter on EFT. While she used EFT as her main modality she uses it interwoven with an eclectic mixture of therapy tools drawing on her trainings in psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT). She also weaves Neuroscience and Mindfulness into her client work and has a particular interest in working with trauma.

“What’s no big deal to someone at 40 might be a huge deal to them at the age of 4. Try to assess things that you remember as they would have affected you as at that age. Don’t say “that was no big deal.”
