I interview my best buddy Tom, who grew up in the UK and sensitivity was seen as weak and pathetic. Same for where I’m from. This has set us both on a journey to exploring our sensitivity.

Tom’s bio:

Tom’s an ex-professional MMA fighter. He practices a combination of Energy Psychology and intuitive physical therapy to facilitate deep levels of acceptance.

He’s been on (and still is) a long journey of intense self-exploration, has lived in the jungle for 6 months, has done a 10 meditation retreat, and is the ideal man to speak to when it comes to owning your sensitivity and feeling safe enough to be vulnerable.
