Social anxiety is the result of your brain perceiving threat socially.
This perception of threat triggers the FFF response, which in turn puts your whole system in survival mode.
Adrenaline and cortisol are released
Your heart rate increases
Breathing becomes shallow and up in the chest
Your pupils dilate so you can scan for danger
Your mind imagines worst-case scenarios
And your whole system is optimally energized to deal with the threat. So you can fight as hard as you can, run as fast as you can, or play dead if you can do neither.
Most approaches try to deal with the aftermath of the FFF activation.
But in order to become 100% anxiety-free, you need to eliminate this perception of threat. Luckily this perception is learned, and by combining the best of therapy and energy psychology it can be un-learned.
No perception of threat = No FFF activation = No social anxiety
