Social Anxiety Test

This social anxiety test, which is a direct copy of the Liebowitz social anxiety scale (a recognized test developed by researcher and psychologist Michael Liebowitz) will help you determine if you suffer from a social anxiety disorder.

When you are suffering from this you basically have an intense and ever present fear of being judged negatively by others.

When you however are feeling a bit anxious in certain social situations, but in most others you feel fine, you don’t suffer from a disorder.

Having a little bit of social anxiety is actually quite common. People often judge it as normal. But even though that might be the case, even the smallest amounts of social anxiety are limiting you in expressing yourself fully.

The good news is, that whether you just have some social anxiety or whether you suffer from a complete social anxiety disorder, you can completely overcome it.

And you don’t even have to leave your house for it, and face your fears. With the powerful EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) based Social Confidence System you simply do your specific “EFT exercises” at home.

You expose yourself in your mind and you let go of the negative emotions using EFT. So you get to become comfortable and at ease around anyone all from the comfort from the comfort of your own home.

Now that you have taken the social anxiety test and you know your result…

…what are you going to do with this information?

Are you going to continue to cope with it, and let your social anxiety limit the quality of the rest of your life? Or maybe now you are ready to finally eliminate it?

This is an important question to answer, and will determine the rest of your life…

You can either take the social anxiety for what it is, or you take the steps necessary to overcome it.

I’m sure you want to enjoy peace of mind, have deep and meaningful relationships and live life to it’s fullest just like everyone else.

But you might be afraid of taking the steps to get there. It might be overwhelming to you, you might not know where to start. You might think “it’s just too much, I’m in too deep of a rut”…

You might feel too vulnerable to take the journey, you might think you are the problem, and not the social anxiety, you might be too scared to face your “secret” and do the things required to overcome it.

If so, I can relate to that. I have been there myself as well. I’ve suffered from SAD for more than half a decade. But I’ve been free from it for almost half a decade now. And once I’ve freed myself of the chains of social anxiety, I’ve made it my life mission to help as many others do the same. So if you decide to go for it, to get rid of your social anxiety or social anxiety disorder, then I’m here to guide you on your journey.

My EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) based 1 on 1 Skype Coaching will assist you in letting go of your challenge. From the comfort of your own home.

Many people have gone before you and have been thrilled with their results. Together, this journey isn’t all that scary. And with the power of EFT, it’s all relatively painless too.
