The technique I’ll guide you through in the above video is called “Tapping”.
Tapping is similar acupuncture but instead of using needles you use the tips of your fingers on specific acupressure points on the body. As you do this while concentrating on a problem (such as your social anxiety) the painful emotions like shame, fear, frustration, etc. connected to the problem are reduced and eventually can be released completely. Since some people find this hard to believe I wanted to provide some proof. In this video I will be guiding you through an experience of this powerful technique so you can see and feel it yourself.
