Changing Core Beliefs To Improve Your Self Esteem

Changing Your Beliefs 101
Part 3/3

To dramatically improve your self esteem you want to be changing core beliefs.

Core beliefs are the beliefs you have about yourself. They are the beliefs about your identity.

They start with “I am…”

Here are a few examples:

  • I am unworthy
  • I am ugly
  • I am boring

If you have negative core beliefs such as the ones above, then changing those is going to be very beneficial to your social anxiety and your overall self esteem.

You can change these beliefs to

  • I am worthy
  • I am attractive
  • I am interesting

Because remember, a belief is not real, it just feels real!

You formed them based upon previous life experiences. And you can change them to beliefs that are more serving you.

And changing core beliefs is the most effective as they are the beliefs that have the most power. This because they are about who you believe yourself to be; your identity.

How To Find Your Core Beliefs

For changing core beliefs about yourself (identity beliefs), you of course first have to find them.

You simply do this by asking yourself the following questions:

  • What negative things do I believe about myself?
  • What are my most netative attributes?
  • What do I not like about myself?
  • What negative things do other people think of me?
  • Who am I?

Answering these questions will give you plenty of "I am..." beliefs that you can start changing to positive, empowering beliefs.

Unfortunately your identity beliefs are your deepest beliefs and most challenging to change. Using affirmations or afformations will only help a tiny bit.

You need to root them out at the core, where you got them from. And the best way to do that is by using the power of EFT (in the right way).

To completely rewire those negative identity beliefs and get rid of your negative emotions and so overcome your social anxiety, my Social Confidence System is exactly designed to achieve that in an as effective as possible manner.

From the ease of sitting behind your own PC I will guide you via articles, audios and videos using specifically designed EFT tapping sequences from social anxiety all the way to social confidence.

TESTIMONIALS:

While working through the program my trigger situations were getting less and less and my confidence to speak out was rising and now when I think about certain situations that would normally make me anxious I can't make myself feel anxious. An amazing life changing feeling, I feel like a different person. Thanks,

-Joanne

Now I feel more confident that I can hold a job, and I actually find time to enjoy catching up with old friends and see how they're doing. I'm much more comfortable at stores and crowded places now, and I don't have much anticipatory anxiety as I used to. I also enjoy going to church now and spending time with my family.

TESTIMONIALS:

My social anxiety is no longer controlling my life, and I am so grateful for that! Thanks, Sebastiaan!

- Trevor Dowdle

I have found myself caring less about what people think about me.. I just feel POSITIVE. I feel so energized and excited about life! EFT is really weird looking and I felt a little silly doing it at first but soon got over that. I feel better about myself and I feel more confident.

-A.T. from the UK

As I write this it seems ridiculous that these ludicrous thoughts of the past frightened me so much. I am a whole different person to what I was when I first started, I am more powerful and in control.

- Michael K. Sydney, Australia

I made out with a girl for the first time at a fraternity party on campus. I just walked up to her, with uber confidence, and started dancing with her, and we just made out :-D I never kissed a girl before, so it was like "woah" lol kinda thing. Thank you dude,

Ricky
