Welcome to the Social Confidence page. I’m happy I can assist you in overcoming your social anxiety (disorder).

It has taken me many, many years to solve my own social anxiety and to be able to successfully coach others to being themselves and feeling calm and confident in all social situations.

I have tested just about every tool and technique you can find on the market. Eventually I've specialized myself in the most effective tool of them all; EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or MTT (Meridian Tapping Techniques).

This is the main tool that you will get to experience in the audios, videos and exercises that will follow.

Aside from that I've used the best of all my knowledge and experience and condensed it into this system.

And by following these instructions, exercises and videos, you will be able to eliminate your social anxiety and live life to the fullest!

I know that the above is a big statement to make, but I know this is possible. Yes, possible. If you follow the exercises and consistently invest your time, you will change your life for the better. And the results are lasting when EFT is applied in the right way.

If...

Yes, there is an "if" to this. This page will give you all the information you need to improve at least 75% (and possibly much more, even 100%!) of your social anxiety all by yourself. But you do need to follow some simple rules...

Let me repeat that because this is an essential part...

IMPORTANT: To achieve social confidence and overcome your social anxiety you must follow the rules below. If you do not follow them, it's less likely you will be successful.



To make achieving success with these tools and techniques inevitable you need to:

  • Follow the advice This page can be seen as a blueprint for going from social anxiety disorder all the way to social confidence. It has taken me almost a decade to get this information together and I'm happy to give this info to you now.

    I have created this advice for you to follow in an as structural and linear fashion as possible. In most cases it goes from step 1 to step 2 to step 3 etc. Simply follow the advice and preferably don't skip any steps unless I say it's OK.

    In the beginning you might be anxious to begin and you might be temped to skip the reading and directly go to the videos. Don't do it, read everything I suggest you read.

    I've created all the information for a reason. Every bit of information is very valuable. Going from one step to the next without skipping any steps is the fastest and most effective way to get where you want to be.

    If you skip a step forward or don't follow the advice the steps to a tee you are shooting yourself in the foot.

    So again, please follow the steps in order and make sure you do everything I suggest.

  • Reread You will be introduced to quite a bit of new information and exercises. Often when we learn something new we worry that we might not get it. However, once we reread something or do an exercise again, we notice that we do understand it.

    So if something is not clear, please first reread it before you ask a question. If after you have reread it twice you still don't know what to do/have the answer, feel free to contact me and I'll be more than happy to answer your question 

    If you really can't find the answer or know what to, please contact me. I will never be condescending and will always be friendly and try to help you in the best and fastest way possible.

  • Take your time Some people feel excited and want to do 2 hours per day. Others want to take it easy or might not have much time themselves and only want to do 30 minutes per day.

    Both is fine, though I suggest roughly an hour a day.

    At the bare minimum do 30 minutes per day (take the weekends of if you want) and at a maximum 2 hours. Less than 30 minutes is probably to little to finish an exercise and more than 2 hours will probably overwhelm and exhaust you.

  • Be persistent When you don't see much change in the beginning, keep going. Trust the process and continue forward.

    It takes a few days/weeks before you will start to notice significant results. But if you do your inner work every day those results will be there, it's a given. If not, contact me.

  • Commit to success Commit to using the tools and techniques on this page at least 30min/one hour per day for 90 days. In the most toughest cases -which is what we are working with here; social anxiety disorder- it takes 90 days to completely change and make the change last. Make those 90 days count!
  • KEEP TAPPING This is extremely important. In case you experience very intense negative emotions (which I have tried to avoid as much as possible, but I can't predict everything since we are not working together 1 on 1), simply keep EFT tapping (what this is will be explained shortly).

    The common response is -when we feel overwhelmed by emotion- to stop what we are doing. Don't do this here, keep doing EFT tapping. The emotions will eventually fade.

  • 0 out of 10 emotional intensity This is also of CRUCIAL importance. Every S.E.E., limiting belief or negative emotion (you'll learn what this means later) has to end up having a 0 out 10 emotional intensity or believability.

    You will learn exactly what this means soon enough. I just had to put this in here because if you don't follow this advice, your results will suffer at best and at the worst you won't have any results.


Lots of rules, I know. But they are necessary to follow. However, don't let a few simple rules scare you off :-)

Don't worry about a thing, I got you covered. You will find that the processes are easy, simple to follow and get you the results you are looking for. Take your time and enjoy the process.

#3. SAD test
